Senior Sales Manager – Real Estate
Location

Job Summary
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving property sales, leading a team of sales professionals, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring achievement of revenue targets. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, client relationship management, and expertise in residential and commercial real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive sales for residential, commercial, and plotted developments.
Monitor lead generation, customer follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and customer documentation.
Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Develop partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Lead-to-sale conversion ratio
Site visit-to-booking ratio
Customer satisfaction scores
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
MBA preferred.
Experience
6 months –15 years of experience in real estate sales.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial/team handling role. (If applying for senior Role preferably Real estate sector )
Proven track record of achieving high-value sales targets.

Compensation
Competitive fixed salary for 2 months and % sharing
