Job Description
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. This role combines relationship management with full sales responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships while also driving sales from lead generation to deal closure. This position requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads and prospects through various channels (networking, referrals, online inquiries, etc.), and qualify them based on their needs, budget, and requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs and offering solutions that match their requirements.
- Property Sales: Present, promote, and sell real estate properties, clearly explaining features, benefits, and investment potential to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct property viewings, presentations, and meetings (virtual or in-person) to engage clients, address their queries, and close sales.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and terms of sale, working to close deals while ensuring both client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with market trends, property values, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and advice.
- Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, etc.) is completed accurately and promptly. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales progress in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups & Client Engagement: Regularly follow up with leads and clients, address concerns, provide additional information, and maintain engagement throughout the sales process.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including new leads, appointments, and completed sales.
