Job Title: Senior Telesales Executive (Business Loans)
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 + High Incentives
Location - Noida Sector -63
Role Overview:
Looking for an experienced and target-driven Senior Telesales Executive to drive high-value business loan sales and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle hot & warm leads and convert them into disbursals
- Pitch business loan products confidently and close deals
- Lead follow-ups and objection handling
- Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Guide junior team members when required
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of telesales experience (preferably in loans/financial products)
- Strong sales and closing skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented and aggressive approach
