Job Description
We are hiring energetic Telecallers who can generate quality leads and convert them into sales opportunities for our premium hill properties. Your main role will be to connect with potential customers, build interest, and schedule site visits.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Explain property details and investment benefits clearly
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Fix appointments and site visits with interested clients
- Follow up regularly to convert leads into sales
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM
- Handle basic customer queries professionally
- RequirementsGood communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and persuasive speaking ability
- Experience in telecalling / sales preferred (freshers can apply)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge
