Job Description
Kumaun Realtors is looking for a confident and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and generate leads
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Explain property details, pricing, and project benefits to customers
Coordinate site visits and follow-ups
Maintain client database and sales records
Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets
Provide excellent customer service before and after sales
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Real estate experience is a plus
Must be confident, presentable, and target-oriented
