🔹 Role 1: SEO Executive (0–3 Years)Key Responsibilities: Perform keyword research using SEMrush / Ahrefs

• Execute on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal linking, content optimization)

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT for:
• Content outlines
• Meta titles/descriptions
• SEO briefs

• Assist in technical SEO (indexing, sitemap, crawl issues)
• Work with Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• Follow SOPs and complete assigned tasks within timelines
• Requirements: Basic understanding of SEO fundamentals
• Familiarity with CMS (WordPress preferred)
• Ability to use AI tools for execution (not dependency)
• Good attention to detail

🔹 Role 2: Senior SEO Specialist (4–8 Years)Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end SEO project delivery (audit → strategy → execution → reporting)

• Conduct audits using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog SEO Spider
• Handle large-scale crawls (10K–100K+ URLs via sitemap/log analysis)
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools) to:
• Scale content production
• Improve efficiency (time leverage)
• Drive keyword strategy, content planning & topical authority
• Fix technical SEO issues (Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawl budget)
• Analyze and make decisions using Google Search Console & Google Analytics
• Coordinate with developers, content team & stakeholders
• Requirements: Proven experience managing SEO projects independently
• Strong technical SEO knowledge
• Ability to deliver results, not just reports
• Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Ownership mindset (minimal supervision required)

🔹 Performance Metrics (First 3–6 Months): Improvement in keyword rankings

• Growth in organic traffic
• Resolution of key issues in Google Search Console
• Timely execution of SEO deliverables
• Contribution to leads/business outcomes (for senior role)

🔹 AI Usage Guidelines: AI tools like ChatGPT are for speed & scaling, not blind execution

• Must be able to:
• Validate AI outputs
• Edit for accuracy & search intent
• Build repeatable workflows
