The Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is an integral part of our customer support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing timely and accurate assistance, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and building strong customer relationships.
  • Handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to Sky Service Cardholders.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Offer product and service information, ensuring customers are well-informed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Document and update customer records accurately.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer relationship management tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer interactions.
