The Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is a vital position within Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. You will be the voice of our bank, managing a high volume of calls and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary goal is to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering tailored solutions and support.
  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for quick issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications.
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships.
