The Sky Service Distribution - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our dynamic Contact Centre Inbound department. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers. Your role will involve identifying customer needs, providing timely solutions, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient customer service approach.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to deliver accurate information.
  • Document and record customer interactions accurately.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
