Job Description – Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Manacle Office, Sector-6, Noida (Work from Office Only)

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: ₹4 – ₹5 LPA

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow the company's presence across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content including posts, banners, videos, reels, infographics, and blogs related to ERP, SaaS, and technology solutions.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns to generate brand awareness and leads.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and design teams for content creation.
  • Track engagement metrics, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment campaigns, and corporate communication initiatives.
  • Increase followers, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation through social channels.
  • Required Skills2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Content Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Marketing and B2B lead generation.
  • Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong content writing and communication skills.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media analytics, and campaign management.
  • Experience working with SaaS, ERP, IT Services, or Software companies will be preferred.
  • Educational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or related field.
