Job Description: Social Media Executive / Social Media Content Creator/ SEO Executive
Location: Noida (Sector 62 Noida)
Experience: 2-3 Years
Department: Digital Marketing & Social Media
We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in content creation and social media management to join our growing team in Noida.
- Key Responsibilities:Create high-quality eye-catching images, graphics, and visual content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce creative videos (reels, short videos, stories, promotional videos) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Plan, create, and schedule daily/weekly social media posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube).
- Develop engaging content calendars and campaigns for healthcare, real estate, staffing, and other client verticals.
- Handle end-to-end social media posting, community management, and timely responses to comments/messages.
- Create trending reels, carousels, stories, and video content to boost engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with client goals, SEO, and brand voice.
- Monitor social media performance, analyze insights, and optimize content for better results.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.
- Requirements:2-3 years of proven experience in social media content creation and posting.
- Strong expertise in graphic designing, image editing, and video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects preferred).
- Excellent creative sense with the ability to create scroll-stopping visuals and videos.
- Good understanding of social media platforms, trends, hashtags, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality content under tight deadlines.
- Bilingual (English + Hindi) content writing skills will be an advantage.
- Experience in healthcare, real estate, or service industry content is a plus.
