Job Description
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in English (postgraduate preferred but not mandatory)
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience conducting spoken English / communication skills training.
- Strong command over English grammar, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and business communication etiquette
- Prior experience training working professionals (not just students) is preferred
- Familiarity with corporate soft-skills training formats (workshops, one-on-one coaching, group sessions)
- Comfortable conducting sessions in-person.
- Good presentation and content development skills (should be able to design session plans/modules if needed)
- Flexible availability for weekday/weekend or evening batches as per business need
Nice to Have:
- Assessment/evaluation skills to measure trainee improvement
Engagement Details (customize as needed):
- Mode: Freelance, paid per session/hour or per batch
- Duration: To be discussed based on project requirement
