What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the SIT Manager and Project team to adhere to testing processes and generate test artefacts aligned with SIT guidelines.

• Assess product structure and market requirements to formulate integrity test plans that ensure player and operator needs are met.

• Take charge of your learning path to grasp regulatory requirements and develop compliance test plans that guarantee alignment with regulations.

• Develop integration test plans to guarantee smooth incorporation of new game mechanics with supporting technology, including platforms, hardware/firmware, code libraries, and external systems.

• Independently complete integrity, compliance, and integration test plans.

• Provide comprehensive test traceability from requirements to execution and results.

• Demonstrate logical reasoning when reporting issues to the development team.

• Apply appropriate testing tools and techniques, optimizing efficiency and maintaining high-quality standards.

• Mentor and train other testers, ensuring their growth and the integrity of their work.

• Support SIT Management and the Wonder Hits SIT team through effective communication and knowledge sharing.

What We're Looking For

• B.E., B. Tech, MCA, or similar.

• 4-6 years of relevant experience in software testing, including product testing.

• Proficiency in writing basic Python and VB scripts.

• Preferred experience in the land-based gaming industry or a related field.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, Linux, C++, C#, Unity, and automation tools.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and interpretation of gaming regulations.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and support as required.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Great teammate with excellent people engagement skills.

• Self-motivated with a mature approach, assuming responsibility and accountability for your work and that of others.

• Creative thinking to solve complex engineering problems.
