Store Assistant – Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily stock records and inventory updates.
- Receive and check incoming materials and supplies.
- Organize and store items properly in the store area.
- Issue materials to kitchen and café departments as required.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the store.
- Assist in stock counting and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with vendors and purchase team for deliveries.
- Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) stock management.
- Skills Required:Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Good organization and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain records and stock reports.
- Knowledge of Excel or inventory software is an advantage.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
