Job Description

The Objective read it care fully we are looking for person who can dedicate himself to the work and go hand in hand with the process who understands how sales are important for the company and can mange teams looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the growth of our astrology education platform. This isn't just about selling courses

it’s about building a scalable sales machine that converts high-intent leads into long-term students.

You will be responsible for hitting aggressive revenue targets and managing the end-to-end sales funnel.


Key Responsibilities


  • Sales Execution: Convert inbound leads (generated via performance marketing) into enrollments through consultative selling.
  • Lead Management: Implement and manage automated CRM workflows (WhatsApp/Calling) to ensure zero lead leakage.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/counselors as we scale.
  • Revenue Optimization: Analyze sales data to improve conversion rates and increase Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality based on sales closing data.


Required Skills & Experience


  • Proven Track Record: Minimum 3–5 years in sales, preferably within Ed-Tech or high-ticket B2C services.
  • Communication Mastery: Ability to handle objections with logic while maintaining empathy for the subject matter.
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar) and automated sales systems.
  • Startup Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, "build-as-we-go" environment where results matter more than hours logged.
