Job Description
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO PERSON WHO HAS WORKED IN CLOUD KITCHENS FOR THE SIMILAR ROLES // RESIDENT OF DELHI / NCR
- Prepare and cook tandoor items like naan, roti, kulcha, paratha, etc.
- Cook tandoori starters such as paneer tikka, chicken tikka, kebabs, etc.
- Prepare and manage marination, dough, and tandoor preparation.
- Ensure proper temperature and fire management of the tandoor.
- Maintain food taste, quality, and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and ingredients.
- Coordinate with kitchen team for timely order preparation.
- Follow food safety standards and restaurant procedures.
