Job Title: Team Lead – Residential Sales (Real Estate)
Office Location: Sector 135, Noida / Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh
Market: Vrindavan Real Estate
Salary: 40,000-60,000 (Fixed)+ incentive
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years in real estate sales
Qualification: Graduate
Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and motivated Team Leads for Residential Sales to drive property sales in the Vrindavan real estate market. The candidate should have prior experience in selling residential plots, flats, or real estate investment products and should be capable of handling customer queries, closing deals, and guiding buyers through the property purchase process.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage qualified leads for residential properties in Vrindavan.
• Handle sales calls, site visit coordination, and customer meetings.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits to clients.
• Convert inbound and outbound leads into bookings.
• Maintain strong follow-ups with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Assist customers with documentation and booking formalities.
• Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Maintain client database and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with marketing and channel partners for lead generation.
• Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in plotting projects or residential investment sales
• Strong closing ability
• Good network of investors or property buyers
