Position:Team Leader – Real Estate Sales
Job Summary:Bellway Realtech is looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader who can manage a sales team, generate business, handle client interactions, and achieve monthly sales targets. The candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team handling skills in the real estate industry.
- Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team
- Generate leads and convert clients into sales
- Handle site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Monitor team performance and daily reporting
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Train and guide new sales executives
- Maintain strong customer relationships
- Requirements:Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales/team handling
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Basic knowledge of CRM and sales reporting
- Ability to handle pressure and manage a team effectively
Salary:₹25,000 – ₹60,000 + Incentives
