Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and guide a telesales team. The candidate will be responsible for handling team performance, achieving sales targets, and supporting team members to improve productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of telecallers
  • Monitor daily calls and team performance
  • Achieve team sales targets
  • Provide training and motivation to team members
  • Handle customer queries and escalations
  • Prepare daily and weekly reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Team Leader in telesales/loan sales
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Target-oriented and confident personality
