Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of personal loan sales executives.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for personal loans.
  • Guide team members in lead generation and customer handling.
  • Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.
  • Build relationships with banks, DSAs, and customers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and loan processing.
  • Train new team members on sales and product knowledge.
  • Maintain reports and MIS updates.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
