Job Summary
Sonvarsa Corporate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Manager – Personal Loan to lead and manage the Personal Loan sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of personal loan products, and a proven track record of achieving business targets while driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the Personal Loan sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Drive Personal Loan business through direct sourcing, channel partners, DSAs, and customer referrals.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize loan disbursements.
Monitor daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
Recruit, train, coach, and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banking partners, and business associates.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Identify new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and present performance updates to management.
Maintain high customer satisfaction through quality service and timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
4–5 years of experience in Personal Loan Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in handling a sales team.
Strong knowledge of Personal Loan products, banking, NBFCs, and lending processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
