Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to assist users in effectively using the educator’s application and associated tools. The role involves resolving user issues, ensuring smooth app functionality, and delivering a seamless support experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to users facing issues while using the application and related tools
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Guide users on app features, usage, and best practices
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant technical teams when required

Requirements:

  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Basic technical understanding of mobile/web applications
  • Ability to handle multiple user queries simultaneously
  • Customer-focused approach with patience and professionalism
