About the Role:We are looking for a Product Intern to support the Telco (Recharge & Bill Payments) team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and eager to work on real-world product problems in a fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product SupportAssist in improving telecom recharge and bill payment journeys.Work with product managers to define features and enhancements.Data AnalysisAnalyze user behavior, funnels, and drop-offs.Track key metrics like conversion, retention, and revenue.Market & Competitor ResearchStudy telecom trends, recharge plans, and competitor offerings.Identify opportunities for product improvements.Campaign & Growth SupportSupport marketing campaigns for telco products.Help optimize user acquisition and engagement initiatives.Cross-functional CoordinationWork with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics teams.Assist in testing features and ensuring smooth rollouts.
Requirements:2025 graduates or final-year students (Batch of 2026).Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Basic understanding of product management / analytics concepts.Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or data tools (preferred).Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Good to Have:Interest in fintech, telecom, or digital payments.Prior internship/project experience in product, analytics, or growth.Understanding of user journeys and product funnels.
