Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, generating qualified leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly and professionally
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain and update customer details in CRM or Excel sheets
• Follow up with interested prospects
• Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
• Handle basic customer queries and objections politely
• Requirements:Good communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Ability to convince and engage customers over calls
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel/CRM preferred)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Prior telecalling or lead generation experience is an advantage
