Job Description
Company: Bellway Realtech
Job Summary:We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, explaining property offerings, and generating qualified leads for site visits and sales closures.
- Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided data.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, and key features clearly.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up on leads.
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel).
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi & basic English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Experience:0–2 years (Freshers can apply)
- Experience in real estate or telecalling is a plus
