Job Description

We are hiring a Telecaller to manage customer communication and support business growth through effective calling and follow-ups.

  • Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Explain company products/services to customers
  • Maintain customer database and call records
  • Coordinate with the sales team for client requirements
  • Resolve basic customer queries and provide support
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
