Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits for interested customers.

This is a work-from-office telecalling role. No field work is required.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers using provided leads.
• Introduce and explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Convince and engage potential customers to generate interest in properties.
• Schedule site visits/appointments for interested customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
• Update customer information and lead status in the CRM/system.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further customer follow-up and conversions.
• Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.
• Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Skills RequiredExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good Hindi communication; basic English is an advantage.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work with sales and calling targets.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/lead management systems is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• EligibilityFreshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, real estate sales, customer support, banking, insurance, or direct sales will be preferred.
