Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers, explain products or services, answer inquiries, and generate leads or sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries.
  • Explain products, services, and offers clearly.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases.
  • Follow up with leads and existing customers.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (depending on your needs).
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software, etc.).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under targets.
  • Prior telecalling, sales, or customer service experience preferred (optional for freshers).
