Job Description

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Executive (Telecaller), you will interact with students exploring educational opportunities. Your role involves understanding their needs, guiding them through available services (including education loan assistance), and converting inquiries into successful enrollments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Make outbound calls to students and handle inbound inquiries
  • Understand student requirements (course interests, budget, career goals, etc.)
  • Explain Vidysea’s services, including counselling, application support, and education loan assistance
  • Guide students through the initial stages of their education journey
  • Schedule counselling sessions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate data and interactions in CRM systems
  • Build strong rapport with students using a consultative sales approach
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
