Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and professional Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, promoting products or services, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to achieve performance targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain company products, services, and offers effectively.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, payments, or services.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Prepare call reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; graduate preferred.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or local languages.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
