Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer queries, and generating leads. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 150+ calls daily to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services to customers.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English / Hinglish).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
