Job Description
A Telecalling Executive is responsible for selling products or services over the phone. They engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, present solutions, and close sales.
Key Responsibilities:
* Making calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales.
* Answering customer inquiries, providing information, addressing concerns, and closing sales over the phone.
* Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
* Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
