Job Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager / Team Leader
Job Summary:
A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales and business opportunities through outbound and inbound phone calls. The role involves contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, presenting products or services, handling objections, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Explain products, services, offers, and benefits to customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
Address customer questions and objections professionally.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and update management on progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or sales.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
