Telecalling Executive

About the Role:

Cyberbizz Technologies is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telecaller to connect with potential clients and promote our web development and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling outbound calls, especially in service-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to company-provided data (leads).
• Explain and promote web development and digital marketing services to potential clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest suitable solutions.
• Convince and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Maintain a record of calls and client interactions.
• Follow up with interested clients to close deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Target Clients:

• Hospitals
• Doctors
• Clinics
• Healthcare service providers
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Graduate (any stream).
• At least 1 year of experience in telecalling / telesales / lead generation.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing or web services (preferred).
• Ability to handle rejection and work towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience).
• Performance-based incentives (optional, if you want to add).

• Working Hours:10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
