Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team for handling franchisee business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for calling interested leads, following up with prospective franchise clients, explaining business opportunities, and assisting in franchise closures.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with interested franchisee leads.

Explain the company’s franchise model, investment details, and business opportunities.

Handle client queries regarding franchise terms, locations, ROI, and process.

Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until closure.

Coordinate meetings between management and serious clients.

Maintain database of leads, calls, and follow-up status.

Generate new business opportunities through calls and references.

Assist in franchise documentation and onboarding process.

Achieve monthly lead conversion and closure targets.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and convincing skills.

Sales-oriented mindset with follow-up expertise.

Good negotiation and relationship-building ability.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, Email).

Target-driven and confident personality.

Experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or franchise sales preferred.
