Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and promoting financial products such as personal loans, business loans, and other financial services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, references, and field visits
Explain financial products and services to customers clearly
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
Follow up with existing and potential clients regularly
Maintain proper documentation and customer records
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic knowledge of financial products (loans preferred)
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate
Experience: fresher
Preferred: Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services
