JOB DESCRIPTION:
A telecaller is responsible for initiating outbound calls or handling inbound inquiries to promote products/services, generate leads, and resolve customer queries, often working to achieve specific sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound/Inbound Calling: Reaching out to prospects or handling incoming calls to introduce products, services, or offers.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales deals over the phone.
- Customer Support: Addressing customer queries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
