Telecalling Executive

We are hiring dynamic and confident individuals for a cold calling–based sales role. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, pitching our products/services, and converting leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Present product/service information in a clear and engaging way
• Identify customer needs and generate interest
• Maintain call logs, lead data, and follow-up records
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Work closely with the sales team to support conversions

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi/English)
• Confidence while speaking on calls
• Ability to handle rejection positively
• Good listening skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel preferred)
• Target-driven mindset
