Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers to explain products and services.
- Handle out going calls and respond to customer queries effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Work towards achieving daily and weekly targets assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Ability to interact with customers politely and confidently.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (freshers are welcome to apply).
