Job Description
This is a target-driven financial sales and consulting role. Your ultimate objective is to help MSME business owners secure financing through Unsecured Business Loans or Loans Against Property (LAP). Managing the loan funnel from initial pitch to final file log, you will analyze the client's needs, handle their objections, and guide them through the mandatory onboarding and documentation steps required to get their funding approved and disbursed. Candidates with prior experience working with Banks, NBFCs, or Financial DSAs will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Loan Consulting: Call pre-qualified business owners to understand their capital requirements and pitch customized loan structures.
- Product Positioning: Pitch Unsecured MSME Business Loans or seamlessly pivot to offering a Loan Against Property (LAP) as per the requirement.
- Financial Screening & Advisory: Explain the critical loan evaluation process to customers—including interest structures and disbursal timelines.
- Document Log & Pipeline Management: Coordinate directly with applicants via WhatsApp to collect the relevant documents (KYC, Business Proof, Bank Statements, Ownership Proof, etc.)
Requirements & Skills
- Domain Experience: Minimum 6 months experience selling Business Loans (BL) or Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Financial Literacy: Working knowledge of standard banking/lending metrics like CIBIL scores, ABB (Average Bank Balance), etc.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in spoken Hindi with an influential, professional tone; ability to read and execute technical financial scripts in English.
- Sales DNA: A strong mindset for financial sales, persistence in handling customer hesitation, and the closing skills necessary to drive a deal forward.
- Persistence: Thick-skinned, high-energy individual who handles customer rejections gracefully and remains focused on daily targets.
- Basic Digital Skills: Comfortable navigating a laptop, updating Google Sheets, and communicating through WhatsApp Business.
- Availability: Available to start immediately.
