Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students and professionals in choosing the right finance and accounting courses. The role involves counselling prospective students, explaining course offerings, handling admissions, and maintaining strong follow-ups to achieve enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding career opportunities and course options.
• Handle inbound and outbound admission enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Explain course structure, fees, scholarships, and career prospects effectively.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into admissions.
• Manage student data and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams for admission activities and seminars.
• Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong counselling and sales abilities
• Basic knowledge of finance/accounting courses is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Positive attitude and target-driven approach

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant counselling or sales experience preferred.
