Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, telecalling, and other sales channels.
  • Identify prospective customers and explain personal loan products and benefits.
  • Assess customer eligibility and guide them through the loan application process.
  • Collect, verify, and submit required customer documents.
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approval.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely disbursement.
  • Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
