Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective clients over calls, explaining financial products and services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company services.
- Explain financial products such as loans, investment plans, insurance, and other advisory services.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Follow up with interested prospects to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and processing.
