Job Description

Outbound/Inbound Calling: Conducting high-volume cold calling to prospective customers or handling inbound queries.

Sales & Promotion: Explaining product/service features, benefits, and pricing to drive sales and secure appointments.

Lead Generation/Follow-up: Nurturing potential leads and conducting follow-ups to convert them into sales.

Data Management: Updating and maintaining accurate customer databases and records of calls.

Query Resolution: Addressing client concerns, grievances, and questions in a professional manner.

Target Achievement: Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly sales and productivity targets.
