Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Telesales Executive who can handle customer inquiries, generate and close sales leads independently, and maintain records using Tally software. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, sales aptitude, and basic accounting knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and follow up with prospective customers to explain product details and offers.
  • Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Maintain customer database and sales records in Tally.
  • Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with the production and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and share sales reports with management.
