Job Description
Job Title: Personal Loan Sales Executive
Job Overview:
The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for selling personal loan products, generating leads, and assisting customers through the loan process while achieving sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Approach potential customers via field sales, calls, and references
- Explain loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria
- Help customers with documentation and application submission
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain good customer relationships
- Coordinate with the internal team for loan approval and disbursement
- Required Skills:
- Good communication skills
- Basic sales and convincing ability
- Customer handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps/CRM tools
- Qualifications:Minimum:
- 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years in sales preferred
- Work Schedule:
- 6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
- Weekly off: Sunday
- Field + office work
