Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales: Call potential customers to sell personal loans, overdrafts, and credit products.
- Customer Interaction: Explain product features, resolve queries, and build rapport to convert leads.
- Target Driven: Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and generate repeat sales.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on loan applications. Instahyre +4
Requirements
- Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong communication are welcome).
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication in Hindi & English, proficiency in MS Excel, and basic computer knowledge.
- Education: 12th Pass or above.
- Location: Based in or willing to work in Noida Sector 6
