Telesales Executive

A Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales over the phone by contacting potential or existing customers, explaining products/services, and closing deals.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly
• Maintain a database of leads and customer interactions (CRM)
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns
