Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the Sales and Business Development team in managing client inquiries, quotations, proposals, follow-ups, documentation, and coordination activities related to ISO certification services.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead management and business development activities.
• Prepare and share quotations, proposals, agreements, and certification-related documents.
• Follow up with prospective clients regarding proposals and business opportunities.
• Maintain records of leads, inquiries, and sales activities in CRM or internal databases.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Coordinate with clients for application forms, contracts, and required documentation.
• Ensure timely responses to client queries and requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain client files, sales records, and business correspondence.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor proposal status and follow-up activities.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documentation.
• Coordinate with Operations, Audit, Finance, and Certification teams for smooth project execution.
• Schedule meetings, audits, and client discussions as required.
• Assist management in preparing sales presentations and business reports.
Required Skills:
Excellent Communication, CRM Management, Proposal Preparation, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Follow-up Skills, Team Coordination.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
