Job Description
About the Role RuPay Bazar is looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft sales.
The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate outbound calls and handle inbound leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft facilities.
• Identify customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
• Explain product features, interest rates, repayment tenure, eligibility criteria, and documentation process.
• Guide customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. • Maintain follow-ups with prospective customers for conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
